The company is a national house builder specialising in homes designed off-plan. The brief was to dramatically increase enquiries into their East Ardsley development using radio advertising as the preferred medium. Forward And Thinking’s task was to get the maximum amount of audience and target demographic within the Yorkshire area. By carefully creating an advert that invites listeners to imagine themselves living in one of these homes and selecting the right audience and station to target, the campaigns have been a huge success. Forward And Thinking have now taken on the task of creating more enquiries into three other developments across the Yorkshire region.
ST. Martins Care
offer the highest standard of care and accommodation for Residential, Respite and Dementia Care across the North East. Our brief over the years has been to reach the elderly and their families offering an insight into to how lovely and cosy these homes really are. Using a carefully selected mix of local and regional radio stations across the North East the campaigns that we put together have proven to be very successful in reaching the target audience for that particular home in that area. As such, St. Martins Care solely use Forward And Thinking to put together their ongoing campaigns and the results are proving highly beneficial to the business.
Ocean Beach, The Dunes and Quasar
Based by the sea in South Shields, Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, The Dunes Family Entertainment Centre and Quasar are the hidden treasures of South Shields. Our Brief was to drive footfall into the all of the centres and increase traffic onto their websites in the process. Working very closely with Tyne Tees we offered a specially tailored package that subsidised their production costs and delivered a fantastic ongoing TV Campaign throughout 2012 on Tyne Tees. Tyne Tees reaches a massive 1.8 Million viewers per week. Forward And Thinking created various ads incorporating all 3 centres and covering the main reasons for families and friends to visit during the school holidays. The campaigns have been a huge success and over delivered on the expectations of all entertainment centres involved.
South Tyneside Council wanted to encourage people into the South Tyneside Area from the whole of the North East using Tyne Tees TV. Our brief was to incorporate and film 8 attractions Ocean Beach, The Dunes, Quasar, Souters Lighthouse, Customs House, Bedes World, Shields Ferry and Colemans Fish and Chips and the beautiful coastline of South Tyneside into a 40 second advert. The advert was designed for Summer 2012.
Working alongside Tyne Tees Forward And Thinking offered a package that subsidised the production costs of the advert enabling the South Tyneside Council to use their entire budget on the air time instead using part of it for their ad creation.
