Together Homes are one of the largest housing associations in the North of England, managing over 36,000 homes across Yorkshire and Lancashire. Forward & Thinking are working with the non-profit organisation on an ongoing campaign. The main purpose of which is to build awareness of the homes as well as to increase website traffic and leads for targeted developments.
Together Homes has a sophisticated marketing approach, ensuring they really understand their customers. The ongoing campaign is adapted for each season and target group. For the winter activity, we used a range of digital advertising platforms that ran for four weeks, including Facebook Network and Google Display Network. This campaign was aimed at users aged 30-55, living within a 7-mile radius of each development.
The results of this four-week campaign were really impressive! Our campaign delivered almost 7 million impressions, 19,060 link clicks, a CTR of 0.54% and a very low CPC of 28p. Our data insights revealed which gender and age groups were most responsive to the ads, thus allowing to improve future campaigns and increase the ROI even more.
