THE BRIEF
For over 30 years Mandale Homes have been building the finest luxury properties throughout Yorkshire and the North East. Forward & Thinking has been working with Mandale Homes for a long time and support with long-term and short-term advertising marketing activities. The purpose of this campaign was to raise awareness and generate interest in Mandale Homes Potters Meadow Development, whilst also driving traffic to the website landing pages to encourage consideration.
THE CAMPAIGN
Following our data-led planning process, Forward & Thinking developed a detailed digital marketing strategy targeting the key audiences in the region. We used a combination of awareness and re-marketing adverts on the Facebook Network that ran for four weeks. We targeted male and female users aged 25-65+, excluding users who have recently moved to a new house. We also targeted users who have previously visited the Potters Meadow landing pages of the website.
THE RESULTS
Following the campaign boost the site has sold out. Mandale Homes were delighted with the campaign Forward & Thinking put together which delivered almost 300,000 impressions, more than 2000 clicks with more than 2000 post engagements. The re-marketing advert generating a fantastic result of 1.25% CTR. Our insight allowed the client to see which gender and age group the advertisement was most successful with thus informing future campaign planning.
