People come first. Our mental health ambassadors are trained to listen, support, and guide those who need help. They provide a confidential space for open conversations and work to reduce the stigma around mental health. We also offer access to the Bupa Employee Assistance Programme, allowing our team and their families professional support whenever they need it. Our founders, Alison and Andrew Johnson, have fostered a culture where wellbeing is a priority, and our ambassadors continue to build on that foundation.

We believe in making a difference. Each year, our team votes for a charity to support through fundraising and awareness. Currently, we stand with East Yorkshire Foodbank, working directly with them two days a month, helping to combat hunger and offer hope to those in crisis.
East Yorkshire Foodbank opened in May 2016 to give people in crisis hope, practical help, and a brighter future. The Foodbank is a project funded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in our local area.
They provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred from a crisis. They are part of a nationwide network of food banks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
