Charley, welcome to the team!

Charley recently joined Forward & Thinking as our Digital Marketing Executive. Bringing on her experience in PPC and Google Analytics we are excited to see her growth potential here at Forward & Thinking. A great addition to the Paid Online team and we can already see agency life treating her well.

So, Charley, what inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

It started when my partner asked me to promote some personal projects via social media and Google Ads. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the different aspects of digital marketing which led me to apply for an apprenticeship to learn more. Throughout my apprenticeship I discovered my preference for PPC and analytics, in particular, which brought me here to Forward & Thinking.

What attracted you to your new role at Forward & Thinking?

I was attracted by the opportunities available to expand my knowledge and speciality in paid online marketing and Forward & Thinking have a great approachability as a company.

What social media platform can you not live without?

Instagram is the platform I spend most of my time on, followed by TikTok.

Which celebrity, past or present, would you invite as a dinner guest?

Christopher Bahng. I have so many questions.

What’s your favourite movie?

The Lord of the Rings trilogy, extended edition of course, or Moana. It honestly depends on the day.

In your opinion, what’s your most valuable skill?

My most valuable skill is my attention to detail which I believe benefits me in this industry.

What stands out to you about Forward & Thinking?

The team is very friendly, and the company values strongly align with my own.

What was it like meeting the team?

Everyone was very welcoming and approachable. I feel comfortable with them already.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies and interests?

I enjoy a range of hobbies from PC gaming, crafts, hiking to kayaking. Recently I completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and climbed both Scafell Pike and Yr. Wyddfa (Snowdon).

What are you most excited about for your new role at Forward & Thinking?

I’m excited to learn more about the different aspects of paid online platforms and utilising them to best help our clients achieve their goals.
