Working Win was a government funded, health-led employment trial in the Sheffield City Region. The aim of this campaign was to generate awareness of Working Win and the range of services offered to support people with minor disabilities to get into, or stay in, employment with the ultimate goal of increasing the amount of people using the service.
Following our data-led planning process, Forward & Thinking executed the marketing strategy through a variety of channels throughout the nine-month long campaign. We advised to use a mix of out-of-home and digital media to ensure maximum exposure and results. We specifically selected out-of-home media within a small radius of key locations. Digital radio, DAX and Instream played a big role in the campaign as they allowed for precise geographic and demographic targeting. Online, we delivered highly targeted paid social media, search and display campaigns. Throughout the campaign, we monitored success rates and were able to optimise targeting as well as the use of creative.
The results were outstanding! Our client was delighted with all elements of the campaign and saw noticeable effects on applications and website traffic. Our team at Forward & Thinking delivered above-industry results: More than 25,000 directly attributable clicks through to website and more than 1000 directly attributable referrals. Our online campaign delivered almost 100,000 video views and a click-through-rate of 18.67% on Google search.
